What is included with my rental?
Inflatable rentals include professional setup, takedown, the required blower, extension cord, and appropriate anchoring equipment. Requirements for tents, tables, chairs, concessions, and specialty attractions vary by item.
Does the listed price include delivery?
Delivery charges may vary depending on the event location and the size of the order. Enter your event information during checkout to review the applicable charges before completing your reservation.
What do I need to provide for an inflatable?
You will need a level setup area with enough clearance and a working electrical outlet within 50 feet. Water-slide rentals also require a working water source and a hose that reaches the setup location.
Are your inflatables cleaned before each rental?
Yes. Our inflatables are professionally cleaned and sanitized before use so they arrive ready for your event.
What happens if bad weather is expected?
Please contact us as early as possible if rain, high winds, or severe weather may affect your event. Inflatables cannot be operated in unsafe weather conditions, and our team will explain the available options based on your reservation and delivery status.
How do I reserve an item?
Click “Add to Cart” or “Book Now,” select your event date and times, and complete the online checkout process. Items marked “Please call to reserve” must be booked directly with our team.
